Validation of computerized systems
Our approach to the validation of IT systems, respectively to the validation of SAP S/4HANA, is designed to ensure not only the prospective validation of the system, but also the change management throughout the lifecycle. Efficiency, costs, speed, and the most intuitive usability possible were the primary considerations in the methodological design of computer system validation.
Our integrated approach takes into account all essential project methods that are relevant for the introduction of IT systems:
This naturally includes the V or waterfall model, still a standard of CSV and an essential component of GAMP5. Furthermore, agile methods are included, especially for managing software developments but also configurations, which allow flexibility and a high degree of user orientation. SAP’s own practice-oriented model “SAP Activate” for the implementation of S/4HANA is also included. All three process methods are integrated in such a way that consistent work is possible.
